I'm going to get in trouble.

If Jessica Simpson did anything right, it was launch her shoe collection.

So, when I accepted the job at Macy's womens' shoe department a few weeks ago, I thought I'd be just fine as to not blow my entire paycheck on shoes. You see, handbags are my weakness, not shoes like a lot of women. HOWEVER, we just got a shipment of these lovelies a few days ago, and I've been trying to justify why I would need them in my life- they are super comfortable; they could be worn in the warmer months with skirts and cut-offs or in the chillier months with textured tights; they are casual yet could be dressed up easily, etc. etc.

See? How could I not pass these babies up?? It would be ridiculous NOT to =P

  1. It's funny isn't it. The JSimp shoes are rather fabulous! Not a JSimp fan at all, but I could dream about her shoes.

  2. if it makes you feel any better i hear Jessica has nothing to do with the designs. In fact i think i remember hearing her say at a press conference that they probably knew more about her line than she did. what a dumb thing to say! At least lie!

  4. I also saw some pretty neat designs on the web and if the shoes are as good as they look, you should get them! :)

  5. I have one pair of JS shoes and I love them. However, I've always despised her. What Mrs. M said only furthers my opinions.
However, Steve Madden made some shoes almost exactly like this about a year ago! I have them in a nude color, and I think they're much cuter. They didn't have a platform, but the back of the heel is a beautiful, matching suede leather with a wood stacked heel. They were also available in black, in case you're interested in looking for them.

  6. i think if you like them that much and have already come up with good excuses to buy them, then go and buy them!

  7. They look versatile, easy to walk in and you can never have too many pairs of black shoes.

  8. I definitly agree with you! hahaha. I don't care for her, but I have never met a shoe of hers I didn't like. It always surprises me when a pair are practically singing my name and radiating a gold sparkling aura and then I realize they're JS haha.
